A typical engagement includes:<\/p>\n      <ol>\n        <li>confirming the role and job requirements;<\/li>\n        <li>preparing or refining the job description;<\/li>\n        <li>attracting and shortlisting candidates;<\/li>\n        <li>coordinating interviews and assessments; and<\/li>\n        <li>supporting the final selection and hiring process.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n      <p>For approved recruitment mandates, the firm\u2019s retainer becomes payable when a candidate presented by ABConsult is hired, subject to the agreed engagement terms.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"abconsult-service-page__section\">\n      <h2>Payroll<\/h2>\n      <p>Our payroll service reduces recurring administrative work while maintaining a process adapted to the client\u2019s organisation. It may include salary calculations, employee benefits, payroll taxes, social-security obligations, and other agreed compliance activities.<\/p>\n      <p>Where expressly authorised, ABConsult can also support monthly tax and social filings and coordinate salary-payment instructions. The client retains approval and control responsibilities defined in the engagement.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"abconsult-service-page__section abconsult-service-page__section--wide\">\n      <h2>Fee structure<\/h2>\n      <p>Payroll fees are normally structured as a monthly base fee plus a per-employee fee. An annual prepayment arrangement may also be agreed and may include the per-employee component.
